All courses include a wetsuit and buoyancy aid, we ask that you bring, swimwear for under your wetsuit, a towel and wet shoes or old trainers to wear on your feet(wetshoes are available to purchase from £9)

Powerboat Courses include a buoyancy aid, you will need to provide your own clothing depending on the weather, we recommend bring a set of waterproofs and a warm jacket as well as suitable footwear for the boat i.e. If you are completing your level 2 powerboat course, you will need to bring a passport size photo with you.

If you are attending one of our day courses you can either bring a packed lunch or purchase lunch from our cafe, during quiter months we do have a reduced menu, so please check.
