Each tiny house sleeps up to four guests and includes two double bedrooms, a modern bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space and private outdoor seating with a BBQ.

Wake up beside the lake, enjoy the peaceful surroundings and make the most of the activities available at Manley Mere. Our location is just off Junction 14 of the M56, making Chester, Manchester and Liverpool easy to reach, along with many of Cheshire’s popular attractions.

Please note that the bedrooms are accessed by steep steps, so the accommodation may not be suitable for young children, elderly guests or anyone with limited mobility. Pets are not permitted.

Based at Manley Mere which has a watersports lake, adventure trail and on site bar and restaurant and is a great place to visit (please check opening hours).A great central location, only 5 minutes from junction 14 off the M56, 9 miles from Chester City Centre,near Frodsham and Delemere Forest. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
