School Holiday Water Sports

Manley Mere Sail Sports specialises in teaching children to sail, windsurf and canoe. Junior Activity courses are held during the Easter, Whit and Summer Holidays, although the Easter courses are weather permitting. Some courses work towards an RYA qualification, others aim to develop skills, build confidence and for youngsters to have fun! Booking is essential as there is limited availabilty. Junior Activities - School Holiday Programme 2008

For ages 8-15 (7 year olds can do the 1 day Sail & Canoe course)
Deposit & completed form to be returned to reserve a place

What to Bring

Bring your own footwear (sailing boots/old shoes/old trainers). They will get wet and muddy!
Bring your swimming costume & towel
Bring warm clothes – jacket/cagoule for over a wetsuit, and a change of clothes
Bring a sun hat/cap & UV blockout when sunny
Bring a packed lunch or some money for lunch (the Chameleon Bar & Restaurant has food and drinks available all day)

Drop off & Collection

Drop off from 9.45am – before this time there will be no supervision
Please use the gate next to the barrier for free drop off between 9:30 - 10am. Gate reopens at 3:45pm for free pick up
Please collect by 4pm as there is no supervision provided after this time
If families wish to stay at Manley Mere, the parking fee of £2 per day applies
